BURGER KING LAUNCHES THE WHOPPERITO
It’s a burger! It’s a burrito! It’s the Whopperito! Yep, a Burger King in Pennsylvania is testing out something called the Whopperito ... which is basically everything that’s on the Whopper squeezed into a tortilla. The only other major difference, aside from the bun, is the Whopperito contains a spicy cheese sauce instead of a slice of cheese. Everything else, including the mayo, is in it.
Twitter has been blowing up with both excited reactions and grossed out reactions, which is exactly what Burger King wants – interest!
We’ll see if the Whopperito is popular enough at the test location to make it to menus nationwide.
