There's Now Officially A Dating App For Pokémon Go Players

Pokématch was, in fact, inspired by Tinder. The Android app allows you to "catch" dates by swiping right and if both parties agree then they meet at a nearby Pokéstop.

“The goal is that people create meaningful dates, not just hook-ups. We think that a Pokemon Go date is the perfect opportunity for that,” creator Rene Roosen explains in a press release quoted by Forbes.

Launching tomorrow is PokéDates, which is the (fairly similar) brainchild of Project Fixup. The app also matches Pokémon Go-obsessed singles in the U.S. and sends them on dates to Pokégyms and Pokéstops.
